PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
We can no longer accept Money Orders from Western Union, Walmart, or ANY International ones.
We accept Paypal, or various Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx, etc) from both USA and International Customers. We accept checks from USA customers only and they MUST be drawn on a US Bank.
NOTE- Our site does not automatically take the money from Paypal or finalize the charge on your credit card. I will send you a Paypal invoice or finalize the charge, AFTER I am sure all the items are in stock and any shipping adjustments are made.
SHIPPING:
USA Destinations: (INTERNATIONAL, please see below)
On January 27, 2020 the US Postal Service is raising rates (again!) as they have done many times recently. We have not raised our shipping rates for many years, but we can no longer afford to absorb the cost.
We offer Free shipping to USA orders over $100. This is still significantly less than many vendors offer for free shipping minimums. If it's under 1 lb it will be via USPS First Class w/tracker. If over 1 lb it will be via Priority Mail.
Also, effective immediately, we will charge actual USPS postage based on package weight & distance (or flat rate package if appropriate). We do not add handling fees or mark up shipping- just exact cost.
Because we do not use a postage estimate calculator on our website, the cart will still default to a flat rate of $9.00 for metered, tracked USPS Priority Mail for a Small Flat-Rate Box. If the order does not fit that, we will adjust the shipping to actual USPS rates (up or down from $9.00) and email you with the shipping before charging.
If a parcel is under 13 ounces, it makes more sense to ship First Class with tracker. Typically this is about $5 or under to most US destinaitions, sometimes a little bit more.
INTERNATIONAL- The cart defaults to a flat rate of $9.00 because it doesn't differentiate between USA or international shipping. . However, we now have reduced Flat Rate FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL shipping! I will adjust your order total before charging card or sending Paypal invoice.
CANADA:
Up to 8 oz = $9.95. 8-16 ounces $11.95. Over 16 ounces, ask for quote.
REST OF THE WORLD:
Up to 8 oz = $11.95. 8-16 ounces $15.95. Over 16 ounces, ask for quote.
You are responsible for VAT, Customs, or whatever applicable taxes your country charges. We cannot mark packages of merchandise as "gift". It's a felony and there's a $20,000 fine. We aren't willing to risk this possibility and hope you understand.
RETURNS:
If you receive an item that has broken in transit, please email us immediately and we will take care of it. Save the packaging in case we need a photo for insurance claims.
Please email before returning anything. We are pretty generous about accepting returns in good condition, for any reason, but you will be responsible for postage. We will not accept returns after 30 days of our ship date. We will not accept any returns without prior email contact.
