V423 2-1/4"w 22" Crocheted Band or Collar? -ONLY 1 IN STOCK

Click on Photo or Item name for larger view.  Penny in photo is 3/4" diameter for size reference.  This is a dark Ecru color crocheted circular band of some kind. Not sure if it's a collar or eding for something like a small pillowcase or ?? It's definitely old, but not sure of exact age.
