Paper Mache Houses
These are inexpensive chipboard houses. They are not 100% perfect, but minor surface imperfections will easily be covered by trim, paint or light sanding.

This little house is made of a chipboard paper mache. The lid lifts off. Decorate with shingles, paint, siding, add a door and windows (or frame out existing window holes), etc. Back is plain (no dormer or windows) It's a 2-story, but there is no second floor on the interior (easy enough to add one!) Use a craft knife of rotay tool to expose the back for viewing.

Dimensions are 6" W x 4-3/4" Deep x 9" tall to the top of the chimney.
