This is ready to go...you just paint and decorate. It's made from Basswood and the front pops off to reveal 6 rooms on 2 floors and they even have doorways cutout between the rooms! Great detail in a very inexpensive 1:44 dollhouse.
Penny shown in photo for size reference. House is 2-1/2" tall, 2-1/2" wide, and 1-1/4" deep.
Would be great in your dollhouse's daughter's room as a dollhouse within a dollhouse. You can paint it simply, or add landscaping, etc.
(Hint, if you paint the front, paint both sides, because it is thin wood and it could warp.)
