Just change the quantity to the amount you wish to spend in even dollar increments. Put the "ship to" address for the place you want us to send the printed gift certificate. And either email us or put a note on the checkout so we know who it is for.
The cart will add shipping, but we will deduct it back out. Your recipient will not pay shipping either when they redeem it. (They just need to email in advance.)
